Is the race refundable?

Unfortunately, it is not. But know that your fee went to a really great cause!

Can anyone run?

YES! You do not need to be affiliated with a school. This race is open to the public and is a registered run.

Is the race rain or shine?

Yes!

Can a friend pick up my race packet?

Yes, but be prepared with their information.

Where do I park?

Anyone living in the community is encouraged to walk, bike, or carpool. Parking is extremely limited.

Parking will be available across the street in West Park Village.

There will also be parking available at Davidsen Middle School (10501 Montague St.). Davidsen is 0.7 miles away from the start line. Limited transportation to and from the Davidsen parking lot to the race start line will be available.

Are pets allowed at the race?

We do love pets, but they are not allowed at this event.

Is there a time limit?

Yes, you must complete the 5K within 1 hour.

How long is the Fun Run?

The Fun Run will be 0.5 miles and will not be chip-timed.

Can parents run with their child during the Fun Run?

Registration for the Fun Run is for children 12 and under however, a parent is more than welcome to run with their child if they feel more comfortable doing so. However, only registered participants with a race bib will receive a medal.
